NHC is excited to be building these units to be cozy, convenient, functional, quality constructed, affordable both in rent and utlitities because of the energy efficient construction. These housing units are designed to meet the needs of the elderly as well as handicapped individuals.  NHC has received grant funding from Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) and South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SCSHFDA) to build an additional 3 duplexes over the next year for a total of 12 units.  For information about renting one of these units, please call Janet Vassallo at Upstate Homeless Coalition at (864) 862-7234.
